Education qualification : Applicant should have completed their 8th, 12th, Bachelor degree or its equivalent from a recognized board or university. For the post wise education details go to the official link of the CPCB (www.cpcb.nic.in).
Age Limit: Candidate should not be more than 35 years for the post (Scientist B), and 30 years for (Jr. Scientist Asst, Sr tech, Accounts Asst), 27 years for (Jr. laboratory Asst, Jr. tech, Data entry operator, Steno, Driver ordinary grade), and 56 years for the rest of the post. Age relaxation as per the govt rules.
Pay Scale :
For the Scientist B and Senior Law Officer : 15600-39100 with GP 5400-7600
For Junior Scientific Assistant, Senior Technician and Senior Scientific Assistant 9300-34800 with GP 4200
For rest of the posts 5200-20200 with GP 1900-2400
